چکیده
Abstract We study the holographic entanglement measures such as mutual information, HMI, and of purification, EoP, in a QCD model at finite temperature zero chemical potential. This can realize various types phase transitions including crossover, first order second transitions. use HMI EoP to probe structure this we find that critical they characterize model. Moreover obtain exponent using EoP.

Bulk viscosity of strongly coupled plasmas with holographic duals
We explain a method for computing the bulk viscosity of strongly coupled thermal plasmas dual to supergravity backgrounds supported by one scalar field. Whereas earlier investigations required the computation of the leading dissipative term in the dispersion relation for sound waves, our method requires only the leading frequency dependence of an appropriate Green’s function in the low-frequenc...
متن کاملProbing Lorentz Symmetry with Gravitationally Coupled Matter
The Standard Model of particle physics together with Einstein’s General Relativity provide a remarkably successful description of known phenomena. General Relativity describes gravitation at the classical level, while all other interactions are described down to the quantum level by the Standard Model. However, a single quantum-consistent theory at the Planck scale remains elusive. Ideally, exp...
متن کاملHolographic phase transitions with fundamental matter.
The holographic dual of a finite-temperature gauge theory with a small number of flavors typically contains D-brane probes in a black hole background. At low temperature, the branes sit outside the black hole and the meson spectrum is discrete and possesses a mass gap. As the temperature increases, the branes approach a critical solution. Eventually, they fall into the horizon and a phase trans...
متن کاملStrongly Coupled Condensate of High Density Matter
Arguments are summarized, that neutral matter made of helium, carbon, etc., should form a quantum liquid at the above-atomic but below-nuclear densities for which the charged spin-0 nuclei can condense. The resulting substance has distinctive features, such as a mass gap in the bosonic sector and a gap-less spectrum of quasifermions, which determine its thermodynamic properties. I discuss an ef...
متن کاملStrongly Coupled Plasmas: Exotic States of Matter
The paper reviews some properties of strongly coupled plasmas and outlines the basics of molecular dynamics simulation technique, which is frequently applied in computational studies of strongly coupled many-particle system. Simulation results are presented regarding the collective excitations and the shear viscosity of quasi-two-dimensional Yukawa liquids. Introduction Strongly coupled plasmas...
